I asked CanadaRam about increasing RAM memory for a Toshiba Satellite 1800. Not only I received a prompt, cordial and knowledgeable respond from customer services, but also a reasonable price and fast delivery. I followed the instructions included with the memory sticks and the laptop recognized the new memory size, as expected. Believe me, I know perfectly well what is to be frustrated with computer issues. Well, not in this case.
