- Lifetime warranty
on RAM modules: Most RAM modules we sell are covered by the manufacturer's
limited lifetime warranty (Flash RAM 3-10 years depending on brand, discontinued RAM types excluded). We
sell new, full warranty, manufacturer-authorized products. All warranties are voided by modification to or abuse, damage or alteration of the product.
- Multi-Cross-Reference Compatibility Check: We
ensure RAM compatibility with multiple cross-references
when you provide your computer's full
make
& model number.
- No-Risk Upgrade: You can return RAM within
10 days for full credit towards an upgrade to larger RAM or another brand (returned RAM must be in new condition, special order items excluded).
- Compatibility Guarantee: If we quote
Kingston or Certified RAM for a correctly-identified
computer and we make an error, we pay
shipping on replacement. (Returned RAM must be in new condition, Canadian orders only, replacement shipping is by Expedited Post 3 - 8 day delivery, customer may elect to upgrade shipping for an extra charge, special order products and non-RAM products excluded).
- DOA Replacement Guarantee: A small percentage
of RAM is defective on arrival - we pay all shipping
for DOA or warranty replacement in
the first 10 days (Canadian orders only, replacement shipping is by Expedited Post 3 - 8 day delivery, customer may elect to upgrade shipping for an extra charge, special order products and non-RAM products excluded).

Make sure to include the make and
model of your machine, your full shippping address, phone
number, correct email address, the number, expiry date and
name on your credit card plus the card billing address and phone
if different from shipping address. Payment accepted by VISA or Mastercard or
Canadian bank Interac Email Transfer. It must
be your credit
card and the card billing address and shipping addresses must
match.
For
your
protection,
we may
ask for additional proof of ID to be faxed. Third party
address shipments require faxed confirmation. Contact us for PayPal payment options,
can be shipped to verified address only, shipping insurance is mandatory.
Gov't, Education
and Corporate PO's accepted on prior approval of
credit only. Download

Shipping is via Xpress Post, Expedited Parcel, FedEx or Purolator at
our choice. No PO Boxes for Purolator or FedEx. Please ensure
that there is someone at the address during business hours
to sign for the package. We do not guarantee delivery time. Shipping
time and cost may be higher in NT, NU, YT or remote
areas as defined by the courier. An invoice copy will be sent by email.
Shipping is at buyer's risk, Shipping insurance is
1.5% extra on the goods value or by quote - if declined, the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage. Signature is required for insured parcels.
Installation: Goods are sold under the assumption that you have experience
installing. Installation instructions
for your specific machine are not included. Refer to your owner's manual
or manufacturer's Web site. If you are not confident, please take your machine to a technician for installation. We are not responsible for any damage occuring during or after installation of purchased products, nor for any incidental or consequential damage or data loss arising from installation or use of purchased products.
Outside of Canada or the USA? We generally sell
to North American addresses only. Please Email for shipping costs.

Warranty: We only sell new,
fully warranteed premium quality goods. We do not
take trade-ins of used memory. Full manufacturers' warranty
terms apply. Customer is responsible for warranty replacement shipping. Returns by prior approval only, shipping
is not refundable, restocking
